Q: When will my order ship?
A: We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders received before noon Pacific time will usually ship the same day. If your order comes in after noon or you order on the weekend, your order will go out the next business day.
Q: How do I checkout?
A: Once you have loaded your cart and are ready to checkout. Click on the dollar amount in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Follow the instructions from there.
Q: I saw a product on your site last week and now its gone, how come?
A: We update our site weekly, and if we are sold out of something, we take it off the site. If it says “Temp Out Of Stock” it means we hope to get some in very soon. We cannot guarantee that an item will be available again, so we have removed the backorder option. If we have it in stock, it’s on the site.
Q: Where are you located and can I come to your office to buy stuff?
A: Our offices are in Sunny Southern California – so sadly, no – as we do not have a retail store at our office.
Q: I placed an order, now what happens?
A: You will see an “order confirmation number” on the website confirming your order. You will receive an email confirming your order. You will get an email saying your order has shipped and it will include your tracking number. We do not send out emails during the weekend, they will be sent the next business day. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER FOR YOUR EMAIL.
